Les personnes qui travaillent dans l\u2019agriculture, y compris celles qui sont issues de l\u2019immigration, ne souffrent pas seulement de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 imputables au mode de production industrielle. Nombre d\u2019entre elles voient \u00e9galement leurs droits du travail et leurs droits humains bafou\u00e9s. Elles per\u00e7oivent des salaires insuffisants, doivent vivoter dans des taudis insalubres et travaillent dans des conditions proches de l\u2019esclavage ou extr\u00eamement dangereuses.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, l\u2019on peut citer le triste sort des Marocains travaillant dans les plantations de fraises de la province espagnole de Huelva, en grande partie export\u00e9es vers l\u2019Allemagne, le Royaume-Uni et la France.<\/p>\n

Leurs homologues f\u00e9minines endurent souvent des conditions de travail et de vie encore bien pires. En effet, le syst\u00e8me alimentaire dominant reproduit, voire exacerbe, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de genre profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9es dans le patriarcat. Ce syst\u00e8me repose sur une r\u00e9partition in\u00e9gale du pouvoir entre les hommes et les femmes, au d\u00e9triment de ces derni\u00e8res, souvent charg\u00e9es de prendre soin de leurs proches et du travail domestique non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text max_width=”550″]\n

Quel est le prix r\u00e9el des aliments \u00ab bon march\u00e9 \u00bb produits industriellement et qui en fait les frais\u2009?
